Employer Level
- 3,000+ eligible employees
- Minimum of two eligible Wellfleet Workplace products offered (Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity)
- Active enrollment or enrolled on core platform
Program Design
- Wellfleet determines target incurred loss ratio at client level
- If plan runs more favorably than expected Wellfleet refunds some or all surplus profit to the plan
- Each year or two, Wellfleet will review actual incurred vs target incurred loss ratio at the client (not product) level

- Refund must be used to benefit the plan
