Experienced voluntary benefits professional brings the Berkshire Hathaway company to the West Coast
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. March 11, 2024 – Wellfleet is pleased to announce Colleen McGinnis has joined the company as a Regional Sales Executive. In her new role, Colleen will be serving benefits brokers and consultants in California and along the West Coast.
Colleen is a highly-respected voluntary benefits expert with more than 15 years of experience, holding multiple sales and leadership roles. Colleen was previously with Aflac for 11 years as a Group Broker Sales Representative in the voluntary benefits space.
Her prior role includes US Health Brokers as a Senior Account Executive, serving in the development of the broker market focusing on their clients’ Individual and Small Group Health Insurance needs. She currently serves on the Professional Development Committee of the California Association of Health Insurance Professionals in San Diego, California.
Her move to Wellfleet centers around an alignment to innovation.
